Phosphorescent PVC thermal fabric vinyl is matte. PVC vinyl also offers great versatility and the ability to create almost any shape, resulting in very attractive patterns. The vinyl is 0.08 mm thick with a 0.1 mm PET backing, making it thicker than PU vinyl. It is excellent for creating large letters or numbers, as it is easy to cut, peel off, and remove unwanted excess material. PVC vinyl is less expensive than PU vinyl, making it a good solution for customers on a budget.

Do not use vinyl with nylon, velvet, leather, or melt-blown fabrics.

How to Use:

  • Cut the vinyl in reverse using an electronic cutter.
  • Peel off the design and remove any unwanted parts.
  • Place your design on the target material, such as a t-shirt.
  • Set the heat press to 160-170°C.
  • Press for 10-15 seconds.
  • Once finished, allow the t-shirt to cool slightly, then remove the clear backing film.

Washing Instructions:

  • Wait 24 hours after pressing the vinyl before washing.
  • Turn the garment inside out before washing.
  • It is recommended to hand wash the garment gently using a mild detergent.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Turn the garment inside out while ironing.
