Payment Terms
1. The consumer is obligated to pay the full order amount via the payment methods approved by the store before order processing begins.
2. All prices displayed in the store are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT.
3. The order is not considered confirmed or valid until the payment process is successfully completed and a confirmation notification is received from the store.
4. The store reserves the right to cancel the order in case of failure to collect payment, a technical error in the payment process, or suspicion of an irregular transaction, in which case the amount will be refunded to the consumer using the same payment method.
Delivery Terms
1. The store is obligated to deliver the products to the address specified by the consumer when placing the order. The consumer bears full responsibility for the accuracy and validity of the address information.
2. The processing and expected delivery times are specified when placing the order. These times are estimates and may vary depending on the consumer's location, shipping conditions, or the nature of the advertised product.
3. The consumer is responsible for shipping and delivery fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. If delivery of the order is impossible due to an incorrect address, the recipient's absence, or refusal to accept delivery, the store reserves the right to reship the order and charge the consumer any resulting additional fees.
5. The consumer is obligated to inspect the product. If there is any damage, shortage, or discrepancy with the agreed-upon specifications, the store must be notified within (24) hours of receipt; otherwise, the product will be considered accepted in its current condition.
